I cant decide on a few things.

CPU COOLER:

or

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-cpu-cooler-phtc14pebk

GPU Running 2 cards:

or

RAM:
I would like the best option for 16gb ram, unsure of 1600 or 1866 as well as (4x4) or just one (2x8)

Need a suggestion

Possibly one of these?

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cml16gx3m2a1600c10

or a (4x4) version of this?

or

Monitor:
I definitely need very thin bezel monitor but undecided on these.

CASE:
Would also like a case suggestion that has very good ventilation and maybe a good big case fan that goes with my build.

I am ok spending about $3000 if the parts are absolutely better.

I want to stay with the 1150 Board.
I dont want to mess up water cooling or have a noisy radiator, I also dont want to have to replace the water if it vaporizes over time.
I am waiting until the 290x is announced so I can calculate the price drops and order a lot of the build around black friday for some sales.
I will be using this for a 5 Monitor set up. 3 on eyefinity (monitors chosen above) and 2 - 55 inch sony bravias mounted above on the wall.
I primarily want to game and have far than enough power and performance to put on a movie and browse the internet while having multiple programs open.
I do a lot of multitasking for work so this will be beneficial to me.
I do very little video editing for my GoPro when I go on trips or record sparring at the gym, so I need to be able to handle light video stuff but it is definitely not a priority so do not base a suggestion on that.
I just want a future proof build that will be able to handle games for the next 5 years.

Please share your suggestions if you have them.
All are welcome :)

I may also take advantage of this deal.

Why not grab the ram I went with? G.Skill Trident X 8gb x2 2400 ^^ and for the graphics, might want to hold off until all the new cards come out and the price 'settles'. By that I mean the 780Ti.
And also, might want look into the Thermaltake Level 10 GT. I'm currently using it and love it.

Go with the Phanteks heatsink. It looks better and cools just as well. It also comes in different colors for aesthetic reasons.

I just watched/read reviews on the R9-290X. It's great at performance, but the cooler is utter crap. I would try to wait until brands start to release the 290X with aftermarket coolers. The reference cooler runs extremely hot and it takes forever for it to cool down after playing a game.

This is good RAM: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f31866c9d16gxm
1866mhz, 2x8gb for dual channel but leaves 2 ram slots open for the future, decently priced.

For the monitor, both should be good but I prefer Asus over Acer because Asus is higher quality in general.

Here's a good 850w 80+ GOLD psu: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1850bbefx

Here's a great case with plenty of room and good airflow: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-phan001bk

The 780 Ti is in between the 780 and Titan. The 290X beats both. Its price ain't going anywhere!

OP buy now if you want one now...

Doubt it, at least for the time being. The dual GTX 770 setup is the way to go for now, but the R9 290X is definitely an excellent bargain compared to that.

I would do this if I had the money:

I updated my build a little. I considered the holiday nvidia bundle that comes with 3 games and $100 off the shield
