Here are my specs :
Quad 2.50ghz 4gb ram
600W psu

Currently have ati 7750, if i was looking to upgrade my video card, which should i get?
Which card can my card handle without being bottlenecked

What's the full model number of your quad core?
Assuming it's the Q9300 or Q8300, the best cards you can handle would probably be the 7790 or 650 Ti, the 650 Ti Boost or 7850 maximum recommendation, anything above is just not worth it.

in my opinion you should get gtx 460 1Gb, bcos it has dx11 even though it's a bit old. Also, its more powerful than gtx 650 or hd 7770 (use hwcompare.com). Because, its old it is extremely cheap as well.

Don't use hwcompare, it does not give an accurate comparison on real world differences, a 7790 should work well with the Q8300. I'd get a 2gb version of the 7850 though. Bottleneck or not, it'll maximise the utility of your rig
