I am looking for a good Rig, "AUD"
Must be good for animation Lots of Cad and some what good with gaming
And lets sink 2k into water cooling please.
Please do not say you can get a better build for less, I have good money and want to spend it on the best.
Oh, and you must still with Intel Xeon

Okay.. Let's start with some things:

Intel Xeon is a server processor. You do not want that, you'll want a high-end i7, the i7-4960X most likely.

Now, I don't know much about custom-build water-cooling so I'll let someone else speak about that.

What resolution will you be working on? I'd recommend either 3x GTX Titan or 3x GTX 780. I heard 790s would be coming soon, but they're not announced yet so don't rely on them much.

For RAM, screw it all and go with 32GB. Why not, basically.

I'd get multiple SSDs and put them into RAID, possibly RAID 0. Then you could get a secondary HDD and make full backups of the partition in RAID, to ensure data isn't lost.

For motherboard, get one hell of a high-end motherboard. Not sure which, though.

For a case, that'll depend on the watercooling someone else suggests.

For a PSU, something like a Corsair AX1200i should do it.

Yeah I definitely agree. The Xeon is not a gaming CPU. I'd take the 4960X over a Xeon any day of the week, higher end Xeons aren't meant for gaming. The rendering part, yes, but the gaming part definitely not.

There's also the new Radeon R9 290X which is supposed to be an excellent card from what I've been reading.

This is what I would do:

I didn't include cooling since high end water cooling will be a whole different ball game. The 900D is made for huge liquid loops. And triple GTX 780 does not need anything further said.

On the PSU, it can be adjusted. If 1500W is too much you can reduce it to a Platinum class PSU, such as the Corsair AX1200i or the Antec HCP-1300 Platinum, but we need to be sure those can handle the water-cooling.

I added two SSDs instead of one. If you put them in RAID 0, you can achieve 1gb/s read/write, and a total of 512GB space.

Triple 24" 144Hz monitors, because screw you that's why. Can be changed, wasn't sure if 3x 27" would be too big for him, so I went with 24". Either way, 144Hz to be able to squeeze every last drop of juice out of your setup.

I also changed the OS to Windows 8.1. I migrated from 7 to 8.1, in terms of OS (performance) it's superior, now, in terms of UI (user interface), I hate it. I basically converted its UI to Windows 7, while keeping the advantages of 8.1. Best of two worlds!

I changed the GPUs from 780s to Titans because since I suggested 3x monitors, 3GB of VRAM wouldn't be the best. If anyone has benchmarks that show otherwise, then nevermind!
