Which VGA should i buy?

My current VGA is nvidia geforce 9600gso 1.5GB farcry2 edition.and i want to replace a new VGA.what are the suitable VGA models for instead of that VGA.I need greater than1GB.

Processor :Intel Core 2 Quad
RAM :2x2GB
Power Supply :850w

What are the compatible nvidia GTX models?

Ah well any lower end card should also do the job fine. On Nvidia's side the GTX 650 or 650 Ti, or AMD's 7770 or 7790. Any of them would be an upgrade to the good old 9600
