Your CPU is bottle necking your GPU. This happens when a CPU is too weak to feed the GPU instructions to execute. You need a stronger CPU to get most of that card.

There is 2 types of p8h61-mx
One is P8H61-MX R2.0
Other is P8H61-MX USB3

Both of them support Ivy Bridge CPUs. If your board is one of them then probably after a BIOS update you can drop in an Ivy Bridge (3000 series) I3 or I5 (no use for a K series since you can OC). This paired with an I5 will play games as well as the 8320 if not few FPS higher.

Now if your motherboard is the 1st edition - you can still search for an Ivy Bridge support update BIOS. If you can't find, you can try to get a Sandy Bridge I5 (2000 series) 2nd hand.

P.S I found this:
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8H61MX/#support
It is for the 1st edition of the mobo. Ivy Bridge is supported if your bios is up to date.
