Can Seasonic S 12 II Bronze 520 watt run gigabyte hd 7970 ?

Solution
The HD 7970 is a 250W card maxed out: http://www.hwcompare.com/11275/radeon-hd-7970/

That relates to ~21 amps on the +12V rail. Your i5 is another 84W (7A). That PSU has a 40A (+12V) rail(s). I see no problem as long as it has 2 x 6/8 pin connectors... and you aren't running any other +12V devices that are heavy demand. Drives and fans will be fine.
