my laptop randomly crashes, a blue screen comes up and at the bottom it says dumping physical memory, ive wiped it clean twice, by re-installing windows 7 and it keeps happening, i even formatted the hard drive by plugging it into my PC, if i was to buy a new hard drive would this still happen? i got no idea if its a component of the laptop, the hard drive or windows 7 itself

Is it genuine windows 7? or pirate? ....fully patched?
and you have the full/latest chipset drivers etc?
Has it been working fine and it just started failing? or has it always been a problem?
If it recent.. what has changed?
the number of people posting here with Win ultimate issues is suspicious.. I cant work out if its coz more techie people frequent Toms so more need ultimate. (I doubt it.. so many noob questions) .or if it lots of pirate copies. .and associated problems.
