I am looking for a decent set of headphones, ideally in the $200 range, more if really worth it.

Mainly used for gaming, but also listening to iTunes here and there as well. I do use teamspeak/mumble and skype as well so if it has a mic that's ok, but I guess I could purchase one separately as well.

I'm using the onboard sound on my maximus vi gene board which I have been pretty impressed with, but if necessary I could get a sound card. Suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

edit: prefer wired, not wireless.

I'll keep those in mind. I like my razer naga a lot, didn't know they make high end gaming headphones.

I'm looking for something I can use both for gaming, as well as on my tablet at night watching movies. Any other suggestions?

Get the Sennheiser RS160.
Or the 170, if you want surround.

Sorry, I should have mentioned right at the top. I'd prefer wired. I don't trust myself to keep wireless charged up all the time, and that one day I don't charge them will be the day I really want them.
