How do u over clock safely

hi i was wondering how i can over clock my fx 8320 to its full potential without doing any damage. ive never overclocked before but have seen a few videos on how to do it. i know the voltage has to be right ad it has to be kept stable and i will download amd overdrive

GPU: raddeon 7950
RAM: 8gb ddr3 1600mhz is this enough speed for overclocking

Here is an example of what your settings can be like in your BIOS, yuo will have to find them yourself.

Now the goal is to use the LOWEST VOLTAGE possible to effect the CPU lifespan as little as possible.

So use these settings and run Prime95 for 30 mins to confirm stability, then drop voltage if you are astable and test again. INcrease if not stable and test again.

In this way you find the minimum voltage required at any given CPU clockrate.
