Hey guys , some days ago i started having extreme fps drops in my games like down to 30 on csgo when i usually have like 120. I spotted the issue and it was that my processor is running at 80C standby up to 100 during gaming. Before i have always been around 50 max 60. I cleant the computer some days ago from dust but i'm scared of removing the socket fan to check the issue. Should i do that? the fan is spinning correctly and it feels steady when i try to move it abit. Maybe i need to re apply thermal paste? Some ideas?

Solution
You should definitely re-seat the heatsink properly, and re-apply paste. That should help a bit.
Coolermaster Hyper evo 212 is something you should consider getting. A very cheap and GREAT cooler. Expect a huge drop in temps with that one!

^+1. The pushpin retention system is known to work loose over time, it may require you to replace the cooler assembly-although it's unlikely.
Or you might have dislodged it during the clean, either way the first thing to do would to remove the heatsink and renew the TIM, checking the pushpins latch down securely on reassembly.

If the four plastic pins are free to move it's just the old thermal paste: the stuff can set like concrete over time.
Do NOT try to pull the heatsink free or you risk pulling the CPU out of its socket, which will damage the tiny, delicate pins on the CPU. Instead twist and lift at the same time, (more twist than lift) and be aware, it will come free suddenly.
