kpvgm-v boot alternate menu

on a k9vgm-v can I select an alternate hd to boot from each time I boot. I have three operating systems on three different HDs (WinXP, Linux Mint and Win 7). I need to be able to boot from the one I want while booting and not have to change the bios to complete each boot.

How do I open this option?

Set it to boot from the Linux one, and then set-up GRUB or LILO or better on Linux so that it's aware of the other drives.

Windows might need re-activation after doing this.

Thanks for the quick reply! I have updated the Mint and it pickes up the Win XP in the grub menu. Willupdating Mint after I connect the Win 7 do the same job of offering Win7 as a choice?
