HI,
My computer has this problem when I boot it up, the monitor gets no signal. you can hear windows starting up but the monitor remains black and the light on the monitor is yellow.
When I restart the computer a few times it works normally,
And as time passes, it takes more reboots for the monitor to light up eventually.
I once updated my graphic card driver and the problem went away for a while, but came back a few months later.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hello... Try removing your video card and cleaning the video card connecting pins with rubbing alcohol, and re-seating the video card... verify the Video card fan is turning when you turn on your computer.

Thanks for the reply, I'll give it a shot.
EDIT: Worked like a charm, hope the problem wont come back.

I agree with what they said...sounds like a video card issue...hopefully you don't have to get a new card
