Reading CPU temperatures is a bit of an art. There are two types of temperature sensors: Socket and Core. Certain programs mis-read which are which.
Try to get ahold of a couple different programs (CoreTemp, Speedfan, HWMonitor, and, if you have a Radeon GPU, AMD Overdrive) and cross reference them to see if you can figure out which is which. CPU Core temperatures will display funky, weird, often sub-ambient temperatures at idle, but will be more accurate at load. CPU Socket will be vice-versa, they will be accurate at load, but will display 5-15C higher at load.
We Americans are very interested in seeing how this next generation of the often-lauded Hyper 212 performs. Any additional information you can give (Case and its fan configuration, ambient temperatures, etcetera) will be readily sucked up and processed for posterity.
