can a desktop with 2xGTX660's 2GB each with a quad core i5 2320 @3.0GHz and 8 gb of ram run bf4 at ultra graphics @ 1024x768 resolution without lag and with a good number of frames per second(35-60fps)? if yes, can it run bf4 at ultra graphics @ 1080p(1920x1080) resolution without lag and with a good number of frames per second(35+fps)

Solution
You'll be able to play almost anything at max settings at 60fps with a resolution of 1024x768.

At 1080p though, with those graphics cards, you should still be able to get at least 30fps in BF4 at Ultra. On my 760s, I was able to get between 45-60fps on the Ultra preset, but you may want to decrease AA (anti-aliasing) if you wanted to play with a higher frame rate.

*EDIT* The only problem you may face is that processor. I'm not sure how well it'll handle BF4 on Ultra, as the processor gets beat up quite badly during multiplayer. You may be alright, but it might be the bottleneck for you.
