Need help playing Video file from USB on Dynex TV

When I plug in my USB with a movie on it into my Dynex TV, it says no media found. USB is formatted correctly, video file is MP4. Dynex TV does support media files from USB port, however it somehow is not reading my video files on my USB.

Try to format it to FAT, then try again. Or try to convert the movie in MPEG or AVI or WMV, see how it works. And are you sure the USB drive is working properly ?

It is formatted to FAT32. :-/
