i need two side case fans 140 mm and they need to be slim ones

a SSD for my Boot Drive

Well for PSU I would get a good one from say Seasonic Corsair XFX PC Power & Cooling or such. You can get a semi modular PSU and they are some times cheaper than full modular. The difference is that the cables that you always need are hard wired and since you are going to need the 24 pin and the 4-8 pin motherboard cables it does not really matter much.

As for a monitor unless you are going to game at 120fps a 60Hz monitor will work just fine really.

For the motherboard a budget would help since the price of those board are all over the place. The one I am using is the ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0. It is really a good board I have one running my FX-8120 and FX-8350 rigs. Although they do run about $190.

Ii don't know anything about Intel except its more expensive
whats the overall difference between the amd fx 8120 vs the Intel i5 4670k?
and how much of performance a increase will i receive because i thought the more core the better?
that review link u gave is only fps difference not overall performance

besides that i just brought a ssd kit for 20$ + 360 controller off my friend i don't know if its good or not
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA0AJ11V6748

should be better then my wd 1tb 64 meg cache 7200 rpm dive tho right?

anyway i did look for intel cpu/ combo found this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1455441

and as for psu this 1 is 20$ off its tier 3 on the list
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139051
and reviews seem pretty good

or should i still go with the seasonic list above
