I think my Cooler Master Seidon 120 XL has stopped performing

Just the other day, I started having this problem where my PC would shut off within in 5 minutes of turning on. I posted in the motherboard thread here: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1851686/overheating-990fxa-ud3-hwmonitor-tempin0.html

because I felt like it might be an issue with that. Now I am kind of leaning toward my cooling. Although, I never got to overclocking, I got this cooler for when I did.

Like I said in my other post, my TEMPIN1 and TEMPIN2 are reaching dangerous levels right before shutting off. I think the CPU temp might be throwing off the temp to the north bridge. The cooler is hot to the touch and those temps might be affecting both sensors. Within minutes of turning the pc on, the cpu is already at 130F(measured with thermal gun).

Anyway, sorry for rambling, and any help would be awesome.

It is highly likely your all-in-one closed-loop water cooler has stopped working. This is in fact, very common. Causes include pre-mature high rate of evaporation (improper sealing or mating of parts), pump clogging (due to machining leftovers, this affected a lot of Swiftech units) and leakages.

If you still have warranty on the cooler, I would suggest you make the best of that, and in the mean while, put the stock cooler back on and put the CPU to stock speeds (if you OC'd).
