I have a hp envy 700-74 with a 460w PSU and have a xfx radeon 7850 ultra overclock edition and it has worked for nearly 2 weeks all of a sudden when I went to turn my computer on nothing happened and the light was green in the back and shut off so could someone tell me do you think my PSU don't have enough power to run it or do you think my video card fried? or is there anyway to tell? thanks for any help I get
