I am getting a good deal on a GTX 780 (almost 100 euros cheaper) and it's new.

I have read reviews and these are the cards:

http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Palit/GeForce_GTX_780_Super_JetStream/31.html
and
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GeForce_GTX_780_Direct_Cu_II_OC/31.html

and to further add to my frustration, they both have the same scores!

so which one should I purchase?

I have also considered a future price drop for GTX 780 due to the future release of GTX 780 Ti and the current release of R9 290 cards. But I doubt the price cut will be close to the bargain I am getting right now. For your information, the current cards retail for 540+ euros form where I come from.

I never would pay more than what I am paying now for a gfk (550 can buy a new PC) and so considering the new R9 290 is out of the question (I am also going for NVidia this time as I think they are more consistent with drivers and performance)

Also, at the price I am getting, I don't think there's a comparable graphics card.

So what are your opinion? Please help me decide as I would like to close this deal before someone else snatch it. Thank you for reading.

I would pick ASUS because I've learned to love the quality of ASUS products over the years, of all the products I've purchased that were ASUS, none of them have failed. Just good overall experience with ASUS products leads me to continue to buy from them.

I have read some reviews and the palit card is significantly faster than the asus card. But palit card has shorter warranty compared to asus. I wonder if the faster palit card will be more future-proof than the asus one?
