Hi,
I recently got my replacement MSI Radeon HD7850 thinking that the flickering during games was a problem with that particular card, however my replacement is doing exactly the same thing.
As I am only currently using the standard Dell 460watt psu (which I believed to be powerful enough to power the gpu), is it likely that this is the cause of the flickering screen?

EDIT: I tried again on my TV which uses HDMI instead of VGA and no apparent flickering is visible, could this be the cause? The VGA cable and adapter are known good as it worked fine before.
