GTX780 Phantom-GLH in a Bitphoenix prodigy?

I have a GTX 780 Phantom-GLH Gpu in my ATX-build, but I'm thinking about building a micro-atx build in a BitFenix Prodigy. Would it fit in the case?

I also have 16 gb(4x4gb) vengeance ram, would it fit?
The same goes for my cooler master 212-evo cpu-cooler.

Thank you so much in advance for your help!

One last question. Do you have any recommendations for a micro-atx motherboard? I need the computer for gaming(dark souls 2, borderlands 2 and so on. with fraps) and video-editing as well as after effects.

UPDATE: Sorry about that, there are multiple versions of it as it turns out (google didn't tell me that >.>) so there is a version for a MicroATX board. Apparently it will fit the GTX 780, which is great, as the storage rack is removeable, so even the longest of GPUs can fit. As for RAM, it should be able to fit but that's more dependent on your board. The Hyper 212 Evo is hard to say. The 212 Evo stands at a good 159mm, while the case's width is only 250mm. Add on top of that the thickness of a motherboard and a CPU, about 15mm and 10mm respectively, and you're maxing out the space of that cage. I'd say it'll be able to fit.

And what's your budget for the motherboard?

I've taken a look at the gryphon-MOBO, so about that pricerange?

will the "Phantom" fit as well? It takes up 2,5 "slots" instead of the standard 780's-2 "slots". I'm not that afraid of the length, more of the thickness
