What is the best graphics card available for purchase right now that is 100 dollars and under (excluding tax and shipping)?

I was wondering if you could give me some suggestions for the best graphics card that can run bf3 at 60 fps+ for costs 100 dollars or under, thanks.

Since this is only a general article i wouldn't say it's going to get you the best card since prices vary from day to day.

I'm not a big fan of Powercolor cards, but you can get a 7790 from them at under $100 right now:

If you can stand another $10 for a much higher quality 7790, here's a good Asus card:
