motherboard for i7 4770k

Hello all, just wondering which motherboard You guys would recommend for the i7 4770k? I would like to keep the motherboard under 300$ if possible with any bottlenecking issues. ( if its possible to be bottlenecked by a motherboard) thanks

Can yes, but I'd suggest the Asus Maximus VI Hero, went through about 20 builds, before deciding on it for my build, have my 4770K at 4.6 running 32GB of GSkill Tridents (2666) and a Asus 280X - great mobo, I also use mine to test components for new builds, upgrades, repairs etc and it takes everything I've thrown at it, SLI and XFire is great, DRAM up to 32GB of 2800....

I currently have a gigabyte fa85x-up4 amd a85x mobo, will it be replaceable with the maximus vi?

My case is NZXT Source 210 Mid Tower Case. Just making sure it will fit...
