I know where to find a i7 2600k for $145 but I want to know which of the i7s is best for price.

i7 4770k-$340 frys.com
The 2600k and 3570k can overclock extremely well but the 4770k is newer, but I really don't plan to upgrade in near future as I'm going to college and wont have the funds to upgrade so should I go with the 1155 socket 2600k and overclock in the near 5.0ghz range or the slighly newer 3770k in the same socket and have slightly better performance. Or go with haswell and get the newer cpu on the same socket when I graduate.
Im using this computer for video editing for a friend who doesn't have the money to buy a new pc, hobby animation and gaming (main application) on a single 23 inch 1080p monitor, and price is of somewhat concern.
