Hi,

For a new PC build I'm doing, I want to know the most efficient storage. For me, its down to:

1. 250GB Samsung 840 SSD + 1TB Seagate HDD
2. 120GB Samsung 840 SSD + 2TB Seagate HDD

I'm looking for a good Performance/storage/price Ratio

Depends on how large they are. My meager collection of Steam games take up around 52GB. I would not consider putting those on the SSD.

I was thinking my hard drive was going to be used for files I don't need on the spot. SSD's were where I was going to put any executables for the speed

If Steam is currently taking 100GB, then a 512 GB drive would be indicated, or put them on the HDD.

I'm currently on my old computer, and its taking up 100 GB. That's what I meant. I'll probably put it on my hard drive then
