Hi, I am experiencing a problem with my computer to where whenever I have any kind of game open, my mouse will move sluggishly across my desktop whenever the mouse is not focused on the game, via alt-tab or second monitor.
This started happening last week for an unknown reason and I cannot find a solution on how to fix this.
Originally I thought it was a problem with my hard drive, but after running a scan with DTI's surfacescanner ( http://www.dtidata.com/windowssurfacescanner/ ) it showed no errors.
I have defragmented my hard driver and made sure all drivers were up-to-date before testing again and it still persists.
If possible, can anyone explain how this could be happening and how to fix this?
