How's this for a video editing build?

This will be my first build and I plan on making the purchase on either Black Friday or Cyber Monday. I might buy from a place like Cyber Power simply because I'm a little unsure in my building abilities/knowledge. My ideal budget is $1,500 give or take. I just want to make sure everything is compatible and I'm not under/over-spending in certain spots?

Excellent, except ew, Windows 8. The Liquid CPU cooler seems unnecessary as well, but overall it's really solid.

Yeah, I'm actually still on the fence with Windows 7 vs Windows 8.

What do you recommend in place of the liquid CPU?

BTW I forgot to mention, but I might overclock if I can safely do it. IDK much about it though.

Nothing wrong with Windows 8. I recommend 8 over 7 because it has better security and it'll have a longer support time.
If you don't like the Windows 8 interface, you can install Start8 to make it look like Windows 7 but keep the pros of Windows 8.

-Removed the H60. The CM Hyper 212 EVO cools just as good at the H60 at a much cheaper price.
-Faster RAM. It will help in video editing.
-Better quality SSD.

Overall, it's the same performance at about $100 cheaper.

The water cooler is worse than a good air cooler and costs twice as much . Its also pretty noisy.

The artic silver is a waste of money . Read the article on the homepage about TIM

Make sure the memory is rated for 1.5 volts or less

Stick with Win 8 . Faster , better license . Not sure why you need the pro version though . What features does it add that you want? If you dont know you dont need them
