I saw a video about this, and think I can do it, but wanted to be sure.
Also, do I need to upgrade the power source? I have 5 gigs of RAM.

I am on a budget, don't have hundreds to spend, but tired of having game issues
like lag, rubber-banding and crashing. :(

That's a pretty low powered PSU

EDIT: scrap that, sorry

PSU, is that power supply?
I have heard that I should upgrade that, also?
Thanks for the help!

Yep, that's the power supply, I should have mentioned the 7750, that consumes less power. But still, a better course of action is probably to upgrade the PSU (a decent 430W or so should do) then get a GTX 650 (performs a little better than a 7750). Anything higher up would be bottlenecked by your CPU.
