Why is the Powercolor 7870 XT so cheap?

Hi guys.

I wanted to know why this card is so cheap:

Its a good card but the reference design get hot.

Still, at that price you can buy a GPU cooler for it and it would run great. Do not worry too much.

Not to offend you,but isn't that something you better google?

For the price it at least is a very good choice as far as i can tell.It should do as wel as the new amd radeon R 270X which is a lot more expensive.

I know i had problems with my sapphire version of this card,but that had to do with sound.They put a part on the card that makes a very annoying sound and one of the two was really terrible.About the other one they said i just,seeing how loud or quiet it was,had to live with it,but it's stil annoying to me.
But that is a sapphire 7870 XT and my problem.
