Asus M5A97 R2.0 Good for Crossfire

Hi i was wondering if this board was very good for crossfire. I migh crossfire 2 radeon 7950 if i really need to but i doubt it. i will play games like gta5 bf4 cod ghosts etc. My processor is fx 8320 and will be overclocked.

When looking for a motherboard to support multiple GPU solutions (Crossfire/SLI), you want to verify that the two (or more) PCI-Ex16 slots never drop below x8/x8 throughput. On the board, the second PCI-Ex16 slot is only rated for x4 throughput. While Crossfire would work on this board, you would be better served with a board where the second PCI-E slot is at least x8.
