GTX 650ti is a better option. It will give you about 15% more performance than Hd7770 and in bonus you'll get special nvidia features i.e Physx(realtime environment effects, you'll notice in batman, borderlands and in mafia 2), TXAA(temporal anti aliasing, it comes with 600 series cards and it'll give you movie style antialiasing, it's replacement of FXAA by nvidia) and also Cuda(parallel computing while rendering that not only takes off the load from CPU but also reduces rendering time significantly Moreover, CPU will run cooler :) ). So with all these features and better fps you should go for GTX 650ti.

With a card as entry level as the 650 Ti, TXAA, Physx are rather redundant features, but in some games offer much more than 15% in performance over the 7770. I don't know what your CPU or PSU is but a 650 Ti Boost would probably be a good choice too.

Ahh an OEM PSU like that is not really good enough for these cards, maybe not even enough for the 7770

Well to get the most out of that system I guess a PSU upgrade then a 2gb 650 Ti Boost or 7850 would do the job :D

You wouldn't need a 550w to be honest, but still, a 500w PSU would probably be better choice.

Woah 750W is way overkill for that dude (500W or so should be sufficient), but yea a PSU like that should fit, I'd still recommend sticking with a 650 Ti Boost or 7850, they perform much better in games (especially if you OC your CPU later) :D
