Best motherboard for overclocking intel i5 3570k

Hi guys..... I have a friend who wants to assemble a gaming pc. He has already found the hardware parts except the mobo. He wants the best and the fastest motherboard for overclocking intel i5 3570k . At the same time , he wants 3-4 USB 3.0 ports as well as 3-4 USB 2.0 ports

So , please help me choose the best mobo for him.

There is no budget for it. He just wants the best one.

  1. One of the best overclocking boards you can buy. You are not going to get 3-4 USB3.0 on the motherboard but typically there are 2 and you have anoter two as ports on your case. I wouldnt worry about not having the additional USB3.0 personally. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132038

That has an LGA 1150 socket. It will not work with the 3570K.

Escavior, I have an ASRock Z77 OC Formula paired with a 3570K and I love it. My chip is a terrible overclocker, but I've managed to OC to 4.8 GHz (I do have a custom water cooling loop, though).

See... No one can put 2 MOBO , so which one do you prefer??
  10. Of those two I'd go the V Pro, but not sure what all features you are looking for...I've had my 3570K in both of those mobos and it ran 4.6 with no real problem, took a big boost in vCore to hit 4.7.....on the other hand my Extreme 4 runs 4.7 24/7 at a lower vCore
