PC Always Freezing

Hello, i git my pc around 7 months ago.it was working fine.but now, it is always freezing up,getting stuck. i tried restoring windows 7,windows 8, no use.i tried defragmentation, ran Ccleaner.no use.
Any Help is Appreciated
My PC configuration is:
intel core i5 3450
2x4gb ddr3 1333mhz
asus radeon hd 7770 1gb
intel dh77eb
corsair vs450
WD 1 TB HDD

oki ill run with you few tests

First run Memtest and check your RAMs.
Test your hard drive.
use prime95 and test your temp.
and do you get bluescreen of death or not ?
what happen when ur PC freezes ?

I tried my PC with 1 ram at a time.No use.Yesterday I did a boot time scan with avast, 2 files were infected by "PUP-gen".I deleted them. Now, the freezing up is less frequent.b\But it still freezes.In windows 8, the task manager always shows the disk usage as 100 or 99%.So, can this be a hard drive error.

I reinstalled the Os many time like once everyday.I didi a boot time scan and detected 2 files infected by 'PUP- gen'.Now.that it deleted, my pc is showing improvements.the freeze duration is decreasing and only freezes a few times(always feezes in early situation)..
