4.5 w/ low cache or 4.4 w/ higher

I have my i5 4670k and overclocking to 4.4 with the cache at 4.2 maybe can get 4.3. I am able to get 4.5 on the core but the cache is at 34 maybe i can get 38 or 39. which would be better the 4.5 or 4.4 core clock

Try running a benchmark program, like Si Soft Sandra to determine which is better. Go with at least 2 runs at each setting as there can be some variation, even with the same settings.
