ERM... Not sure, I'm a COMPLETE novice and not really up to date with this stuff. All I know is it is a basic board, which was mentioned, 2 x 128 sticks of memory, cooler fans, power supply, hard drive and 2 x DVD disc drives to start with. Apart from that I know nothing I just want to build my own PC for gaming, my budget is minimal but not in any hurry. lol

Without the whole specs i wont really be able to see how and what to upgrade , though depending on the budget you could build a budget gaming pc that will run almost any game in HD with my guidance, i know building a Pc may seem pretty daunting at first but when i built my first PC i was only 11. Just watch a few videos on building PCs on YouTube listen to the instructions and you should be good to go just tell me your budget and what sort of things you are going to do on the PC and ill get researching for the best PC in the budget that you will be able to build. And remember always pick the answer as the solution
