Hello Forum,
I am building my Pc at the moment, but I have run into a problem with the motherboard mount. I have a corsair carbide 300r case and a gigabyte h87 hd3 motherboard.There is ONE mounting screw preinstalled in the case and one included with the screws, but not listed on the part list. he motherboard did not come with any standoffs. Do I have to go buy standoffs now or can I remove the one preinstalled standoff and mount the mobo without standoffs, since the screw holes are elevated?
