When using RDP to a new device with AMD Radeon 8400, the Windows display indicates "RDPDD Chained". However, my app doesn't think it can accelerate using special APU/GPU. So tried TightVNC and UltraVNC, and both get too small screen resolution of 640x480 and Windows 7 shows the display as "Mobile PC Display". I'd be happy with either the app realizing it can accelerate when using RDP, or VNC getting proper screen resolution.

No, app is CyberLink's MediaEspresso, and there's no option to set screen resolution. Furthermore, they don't support remote display. This new node has no console, so I must use remote. With TightVNC and UltraVNC the app does run accelerated, but the screen resolution is too small to see all the menus, so very difficult to navigate blind.
