I've just got a Dell Optiplex 9020 and tried to upgrade the PSU. Then I found the original PSU has only two connectors to the motherboard: a 4 pin (assuming the 12v CPU power) and an 8 pin at the place where one would expect a 20/24 pin. Next to it are two SATA connectors and power to the hard drives and CD-ROM from the motherboard. So you cannot use the regular 20/24 connector.

Anyone knows a PSU has such configuration on the market? Or how to modify, say a CORSAIR CX60 to fit? Any advice will be appreciated.

I have some pictures to post, but I don't see any way to attach pictures to a post.

But it's simple to visualize. Most Motherboards have two power connections on them. One 4-Pin Molex and one 24-Pin Molex connector. The new Dell Mid Tower 9020's have replaced the 24-Pin Molex connector with an 8-Pin Connector and they have added another 6-Pin Molex connector. The power supply in the 9020 only has two cables coming from it. One that attaches to the 4-Pin connector on the MB and another that connects to the 8-Pin connector on the MB. Then there is a cable that comes from the 6-Pin connector on the MB that routes to the Hard Drive and DVD Drive.

The 8 & 6 Pin connectors are standard connectors that you would see in a typical computer, but the pin outs are non standard.

I'm in the process of figuring out the pin out so that I can try to build my own adapter to go from a standard 24-Pin connector to this new Dell 8-Pin so that I can upgrade the Power Supply so that I can upgrade the video card.

Why the Heck Dell choose to do this, I'll never understand!!!! The three previous models had a standard 24-Pin on the MB.
