Hi guys, thinking of getting these parts for a new PC Build. Let me know what you think. Things to notes, I'm not going to overclock. I already have the case, optical drive and sound card.

Solution
I made some changes:

SSD Samsung SSD are fast and reliable
Hard Drive 1TB Black is faster with a 5 year warranty for a little more
Memory 1866 memory with good timings
Power Supply 650 watt Seasonic OEM power supply for a good price

Choose whatever case you like.

You also do not need a sound card unless you get good headphones. Modern on-board audio is fine for gaming headphones audio quality wise.
