Is the Asus Vanguard B85 motherboard good for a budget gaming build?

Like my question above, is it a good mobo for a budget gaming build? No overclocking, no crossfire/sli. I'm interested in it because it's mAtx & it's Asus TUF series mobo. It's pretty cheap too.

If you don't OC, CF or SLI, then yes even H87 or B85 will be fine, that is why they make those MB.

Is it going to bottleneck? Just for an example if i were to put an i7 4770 & a gtx titan, will it bottleneck the performance of said hardware?

No, the i7 fits with MB, and the MB has the pcie3.0x16, they will work well, and there is no bottleneck.
