Will my Graphics card fit my motherboard?

I have a ASRock 880GXH/USB3 motherboard, I want a MSI GeForce GTX 660 TwinFrozr III OC 2GB graphics card, will it fit? As it looks like a heat distributor above the PCIE slot would block it. Any advice. Thank you in advance!

Sorry for the bother again, but will a 560 watt power supply be enough for this card? And if not, any cheap ( £15-25 ) suggestions?
