Hello!

I have a h100 cooling system and a Big Bang-XPower motherboard. I have 4 120m fans from cooler master attached to the radiator and hooked up to the actual cooler. The actual cooler is hooked into a 4 pin power slot which is connected to my 1000w power supply. The fan controller is hooked up to the mother board under sysfan 1.

Here is what happens: Upon booting up the computer, all 4 fans start spinning. 2 seconds later, 3 of the 4 fans shut off. One fan spins at a very slow pace. The 3 power (low medium and high) button on the h100 stops working. None of the lights are on the cooling control; however, the little guy in the bottom right of the cooling control is lit up.

I don't know what i'm doing wrong. Is there a way i can reset the cooling system? Maybe i have the fan controller hooked up in the wrong slot. I'm fairly certain it's not a power issue. I have 1000w power supply which is way more than i need. Power is getting to the fans since on start up they all start spinning. Hmm.... HELP!

Well I'm not 100% - But each separate fan I have on my radiator (3 Silent Eagle SE's) - Requires it's own power connector to the PSU. Having four fans running from one connector I would have thought the fans will all be struggling, and fighting to get the power they need to work! Can you connect each fan separately to either fan headers on your MOBO or their own individual connector from the PSU?

If i really wanted to, i could connect all 4 fans directly to the power supply unit. However, i would have no control of the fan speed and i feel like the H100 wouldn't be doing it's job!
