My pc fps drop on all games

Hello!
My pc is fps-dropping a bit on all games I have. I dont know what's wrong. I have tried to overclock the cpu and the gpu, maybe i have done something wrong there. I have also been in the BIOS, maybe i have clicked on something bad.

My system is: i5 3470, gtx 650 ti, 8gb ram, asus p8h77-m, 1TB HDD, CX 600w

It's a pretty knew computer and it have not always been like this. It started now.

What resolution are you playing at and what settings? You should only be at medium settings with that GPU.

Doesnt matter its still fps dropping or lagging.

What are your CPU and GPU temps under load?

GPU: around 50
CPU: between 45 and 55

Those are perfectly fine.

What resolution and games do you play? At what settings?

Battlefield: 1600x900p, medium settings. average 95 fps
Hitman absolution: 1920x1080p, high settings. around 40 fps average
Batman arkham city goty: 1920x1080p, high settings. average: 75fps. Min fps: 30

Those sound correct for that system. Even better than that GPU should perform. I see no problems here.

It is dropping sometimes then and then. I have tried to change the settings to a lower quality but it is the same.

If you run the game at LOWEST possible settings, does it drop frames?

Unless you are LOCKED at 60fps you WILL get frame rate drops. Playing those titles at more than medium settings will result in dropped frames sometimes.

Try running hitman at LOW and see what happens.

Well, I just got a XMG P502 Gaming Notebook and my system is: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670MX 3072MB GDDR5, i7-3630QM - 2,40 - 3,40GHz 45W, 4GB SO-DIMM DDR3 RAM 1600MHz Corsair Vengeance. It stutters in things such as LiveStreams, simple browser games, sometimes youtube videos. Even though my internet is not that good, when i play games, my fps drop to around 10 (when it should be around 170) and my ping(ms) stays the same (this only happens in the beggining of the game, and im talking about LeagueofLegends), so the problem is not my internet. If you have any explanations, I'd be greatfull.

I think your internet has something to do with it.

Also, laptops with GPUs usually require you to 'enable the GPU' You are likely still on integrated graphics. But even integrated graphics can run LoL easily.
