My ram is at 15.9gb and my computer is laggy. I have win 7 64 bit I7-3930K my ram specs is 2x8 1600. It is laggy in safe mode. I looked at the processes and nothing is taking that much ram. Any ideas i have done memtest with no results of bad ram?
