Home-Built-PC, help with wireless.

So I resently build my first pc and I've been using wire to connect my pc but I might be moving into a situation where I need wireless connection.
So the problem is that when I try to make new connection, it only gives me option for Cable or Dial-up. So do I need some parts or do I need to download and install something?
I have Gigabyte Z87X-D3H motherboard.

  1. You will need a wireless adapter, either PCIe or USB will work fine. You will need to install the physical adapter and the driver for it.
  2. Could go for powerline networking, but i agree with above, get yourself a wireless pcie card,
  3. ok thanks
