Will this XFX card work with my current build, and can I crossfire it with my current 7850 GPU?

XFX AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 PCI-E Video Card

Asus P9X79 LE (Intel X79 Chipset) mobo
AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB gpu
Intel Core i7-3820 3.6GHz cpu
16GB DDR3 1333 RAM
CORSAIR AX series AX860 860W

It'll be alright, but save your money for an R9 280X. It outperforms the HD 7950 a hell of a lot, and the difference between an HD 7850 and an HD 7950 is not big enough that I'd consider spending $200.

UPDATE: You can't CrossFire the HD 7850 with an HD 7950, but the reason you can't is because they're of a different performance brackets. You can only CrossFire Cards within the same series and performance bracket, i.e. any Radeon HD 78xx can be paired with any other Radeon HD 78xx, and any Radeon HD 79xx can be paired with any Radeon HD 79xx, but no Radeon HD 79xx can be paired with a Radeon HD 78xx.
