[Sorry for bad English]
I found out Windows 8.1 was released so I searched for an ISO online.
I found one from Piratebay (I want to test it if it's worth $100)

I used the Windows 7 USB/DVD tool the make the USB bootable.

Once I got to the part when it says 'Getting files ready for installation' I get the error '0x80070570'. I redownloaded the ISO, still won't work.

NOTE: Before I did this, I made a virtual machine in VMWare and it worked.
EDIT: That 250GB HDD has Windows 7 in it and also has my games and other files in it.
320GB drive is formatted. I tried installing in UEFI mode. I also have issues with Chrome, it says 'Aw Snap, something went wrong.." I get it atleast 5 times per hour.

Specs:
ASUS P8H61-M LX3 R2.0
Intel Celeron G1610
AMD HD 7850
4GB DDR3 1333mhz ram
600w PSU
250GB 5400RPM HDD I got from an old laptop
320GB 7200RPM HDD I bought brand new, this is also the drive I tried installing Windows 8.1 on.

Does that have the same features as the full version?

Hey, I tried to use a Windows 7 installer (disc) and I didn't get the error, now my problem is I'm stuck at the "Press 'F2' or 'Del' to enter BIOS"

When I press F2, nothing happens. It has an Asus logo too.

I'm currently at the part where I have to restart, I can't restart because of that problem
