I Replaced a hard drive on my Dell Ispiron M5010 Laptop and did a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit . I installed using the operating system cd and then went back n made sure the hard drive was the first device in the boot order . I noticed since i installed windows 7 a blinking cursor shows up for a few seconds before the windows is starting screen shows up .
I even tried to set the bios to the default settings and i still get it . Is there any way to fix this?
