hello everyone. i am upgrading to water cooling. reason being, i have an htpc case. the thing is cramped. shit for airflow. i have a 3570k and gtx 780 that heat up this case to a level im not comfortable. and im thinking that watercooling, given the lack of aiflow, will benefit me and my system. and so i have questions. below is the list of parts i have found/want/think i need. please advise if things can be done better or cheaper

my case is an antec nsk 2480 btw. so in theory all this should fit. but i still need to make a prototype and mockup estimated measurements

list:

i feel like there has got to be a cheaper way to do this. also i will probably be switching to an mITX board to make for more room. and, if you were to google images of the case, will probably be cutting out the wall that seperates the hard drive area to make more room too. will be hiding the hard drives elsewhere and using that whole side of the case for whatever needs to go there.

in short, my questions are:

is there a cheaper way to do this or is it going to be individual parts like this?
does all this seem compatible?
is there anything else i need?
thanks for any help given!

anyways anyone have any further advice for this build or does this all look good? basically im learning as im going.

thanks everyone

Solution
TBH, water-cooling is not going to help you here. If bad case airflow is the root of your problems, temperatures will still be high if you switch to water unless you place the radiator outside the case.

1. Get a new case with better airflow. That case is not intended to house the kind of hardware your running in it.
2. Yes.
3. Far more radiator space. A slim 240mm rad is nowhere near enough to cool a CPU and Titan even in the best of conditions, never mind a bad airflow situation.

My advice, ditch the Antec and get a proper gaming-grade case like the 350D. Chances are it wont fit wherever you have the rig currently, but its a much easier, cheaper and more effective solution to your problem than trying to water-cool all that hardware...

I will be changing cases. After looking at other setups and vids one dual radiator is good for the cpu. I'll be running another for the gpu. And switching to all nocturnal nff12 fans. I'm also changing the rest and pump to seperate pieces and possibly two pumps
