Is this a good future proof budget PC? I wan't to specifically know if it can handle current gen and most next gen titles on Medium To High with at least 40 FPS +

CPU: AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core
GPU: MSI AMD HD7850 1GB DDR5 PCI-E Graphics Card
RAM: Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 Mhz CL9
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze Power Supply Unit
M-Board: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 Motherboard
H-Drive: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB
Case: NZXT Source 210 USB 3.0 Mid Tower Chassis

By the way i will use this on my 1080p HDTV and sometimes on my 1280x1024 resolution screen, i want to know how the rig will handle on both Screens on Medium-High & Ultra.

yeah, more than likely, if you lower the details some. Most games are designed to be at least played on a budget PC. You will just have to lower the graphics details.

This is in line with the performance you would see from a PS4/XB1 - in order to inexpensively upgrade in 2-3 years (which you will have to do in order to be able to maintain the same performance on performance-hungry titles like Battlefield 4 and the Morwinds), you will need to upgrade that power supply. I would increase capacity to 750 - Corsair is a good brand and there are plenty of options, it's all a matter of the connections you need and your budget. Here's the one I would choose: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139006. There is nothing wrong with that GPU but it is going to struggle to achieve and maintain that FPS rate on the power-hungry games on High settings. You could crossfire but you're better off splurging on a single card now and adding an additional down the road. I would add another $100 to your budget and upgrade your power supply and select an RX9 series card.
